Sol Blume 2019 in Sacramento, CA was an unforgettable experience! The festival was headlined by the incredible talents of Miguel and Jessie Reyez. Let's take a moment to recap the captivating show.

Cesar Chavez Plaza was buzzing with anticipation as passionate fans filled the venue. Throughout the day, festival-goers had the unique opportunity to interact with the artists, who were warmly engaging with the crowd. The Sacramento community showed immense support for all the Sol Blume performers. With two stages to choose from, fans excitedly hopped between sets, immersing themselves in the diverse lineup. The festival grounds were adorned with vibrant decorations, food trucks offering delectable treats, and refreshing fountains. The atmosphere, while distinct from larger festivals like Coachella, had its own impressive charm, set against the backdrop of the park.

On one stage, Washington's Dave B shared the spotlight with North Carolina's Ivy Sole, and their collaboration was immediately followed by a thrilling guest appearance by Romero Franceswa during Dave B's set. The crowd reveled in the collaborative energy between the artists. As Sol Blume continued, the audience grew larger, becoming an even more dynamic and enthusiastic force. Sweden's Snoh Aalegra mesmerized the crowd with her soulful hit "Nothing Burns Like the Cold" and delivered an incredible rendition of Bobby Caldwell's "What You Won't Do for Love." Next up was Dreamville's talented Ari Lennox, who brought her enchanting "Shea Butter Baby" vibe to Sol Blume, accompanied by an exceptional live band.

Philadelphia's Tierra Whack captivated fans with her high-energy set that perfectly complemented her imaginative visual album, 'Whack World.' Masego graced the Blume Stage with impromptu soulfulness, opening with his phenomenal hit "Tadow." J.I.D. delivered an electrifying performance, with Jessie Reyez and Miguel enthusiastically cheering him on from the sidelines. When Jessie Reyez took the stage, she donned a black hoodie and a hat, exuding passion and authenticity. She fearlessly addressed the issue of harassment in the music industry and connected intimately with the audience, even allowing a lucky fan to snap a photo with her. Grateful for the support, Reyez expressed her heartfelt appreciation to everyone in attendance, setting the stage for the highly anticipated performance by Miguel. As Miguel stepped onto the stage, the park erupted with thousands of ecstatic fans. The venue was so packed that some enthusiastic concert-goers climbed trees to catch a glimpse of the main stage. Prior to Miguel's appearance, a haze enveloped the stage, created by a fog machine, adding an air of mystery to his grand entrance. The moment Miguel emerged, the crowd erupted in wild excitement. Miguel treated his fans to a mesmerizing set, performing a medley of his chart-topping hits, including "Adorn" and "Sure Thing."
