Usher announces “Past Present Future” tour
Acclaimed performer Usher is set to embark on an extensive North American tour in 2024 to promote his upcoming album, 'Coming Home.' The tour, named Past Present Future, commences on August 20th in Washington, DC, and spans through October, hitting key cities including Philadelphia, Toronto, Brooklyn, Detroit, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, and Chicago. Before the tour kicks off, the multi-award-winning singer will grace the stage at the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show in Las Vegas, sharing the spotlight with Post Malone, Andra Day, and Reba McEntire.
Usher is gearing up to unveil his ninth studio album, 'Coming Home,' scheduled for release on February 9th, 2024, through Mega/Gamma. This highly anticipated album follows his 2016 release, 'Hard II Love,' which secured the #5 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. 'Coming Home' features collaborations with notable artists such as Young Thug, Future, and Rubén Blades. In the preceding year, the immensely successful UR Experience Tour concluded, initially launching in 2014 and featuring performances by August Alsina and DJ Cassidy. Usher, who embarked on his musical journey in 1993, has amassed a remarkable collection of achievements, including 8 Grammy Awards and numerous other accolades.
